1: Our Top Choice – Gotway MTen3 325 Wh
So if you are not a true beginner, you may not agree with our choice, however, hear us out on this one. As a more experienced rider, this is the wheel I always grab unless I’m going for a super long ride or on an offroad trail. It is just so much fun! Yes it may be a little difficult to learn how to ride because of it’s small size but oh man will you be happy with your choice if this is your first wheel. You will never grow out of this wheel. Yes you may want to add to your quiver of powered unicycles as you continue riding but this will still probably be your favorite wheel. Our biggest tip if you get this wheel is that you also purchase something like the Solowheel brushes to help you with your initial learning curve.

2: Budget Conscious – Gotway Luffy 170Wh
This was the precursor to the MTen3. It doesn’t have the precious or the quickness that the MTen does but for a first wheel that can take some abuse, while not destroying your wallet, this fits the bill.
3: The Most Stylish – SoloWheel Glide 3 480 Wh
This wheel looks great and just has a little bit of everything going for it. It looks great and will be a fantastic wheel for all of your needs.
4: Best City Commuter -KingSong 14D 420 Wh
We had to include a KingSong on this list! This really is a fantastic wheel with the reputation and build quality to back it up. You really can’t go wrong with the built in handle and the great maneuverability that this wheel provides and if you need to commute through a city or bring an electric unicycle on the metro or bus, it isn’t overly heavy and can get you any where you need to go.
5: Best Offroad – Gotway MSuper V3 680 Wh
This was a tough choice but we had to go with the MSuper V3 for this one. It is true the MSuper really isn’t a beginner wheel but if you are looking to take your wheel offroad, without breaking the bank or getting into the more advanced wheels, this is your wheel. It also has a built in handle so it can make a great commuter as well. It may be a little more of a handful and first but will quickly become a fantastic wheel for any new rider.
